Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Business customers can pay by invoice: choose invoice as the payment method at checkout. We start processing the order once the invoice is paid. Standing terms for regular customers are agreed separately.
How does VAT work for EU businesses?
Prices include 24% Estonian VAT. For VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries the reverse charge applies: we validate your VAT number against VIES and issue the invoice at 0% VAT.
What are the lead times?
In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. We assemble and load-test CTO builds to your spec and confirm the exact lead time in the quote. Heavy servers go by courier or pallet freight; multi-server deliveries are scheduled together with you.
What about warranty and testing on refurbished hardware?
In-stock products come with a 12 month warranty. CTO builds carry up to 5 years, agreed in the quote.
Can a business customer return hardware?
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers as provided by law; custom-configured CTO builds are exempt. Business returns are agreed case by case, and an agreed return may carry a restocking fee of up to 25%. If a kit doesn't fit, talk to us. We would rather reconfigure or exchange than leave you with the wrong hardware.
